Very nice! You're progressing well.
Just a two tips I can think of:
The pupil of the eye is an actual hole, not just black coloring (hence the red-eye effect on cameras), meaning the Geass would disappear in there, as well. It still has a few reflections from the gloss covering the eye.
Also, while the rest of the eye has a really cool sharpness to it, the Geass is blurred. There are filters you can use to bring out what's behind it (more than just opacity), so mess around with those. I don't know any specifics, though.

Actually the Geass doesn't even touch the pupil, the sigil goes right around it, plus it's fictional paranormal superpowers, get over it nazi.

Normally I would go all cynical and talk about how idealism is for children and you must conform to the wants and needs of potential customers to make it anywhere in this world, but I won't. Because I'm better than that.

But this is a teenage anime. People want to go for how good it looks compared to the piece itself now how good it looks. Because they will say "yeah it looks good but it doesnt look like what we thought of what the actual anime looks like". It was a test, it was good just incomplete and I am defending it, don't back on your opinion now.
