just a quick sketch. Another gelphie (I seriously doubt there is a limit to it!)It's quite smuged because I didn't want too much detail, just wanted the general feel of it.

I think you made Glinda's face a little too sharp, and a little too manlike. It could very well be Elphaba's face...
Apart from that.. the emotion portrait in the lines, etc. is very good.
