How I do my GIF animations - REVEALED! Not sure how good a tutorial it is, since it is my first and I don't know how well I explain things, but I hope you folks can follow along. It is based on the assumption that you already know how to use your digital art creation software of choice.Please let me know if anything is unclear!
PS all in all I use Adobe Illustrator for my vectors, Adobe PhotoShop 7 for saving my GIFs and CoffeeCup GIF animator.

I generally make the elements that I want in a frame visible (you toggle the "eye icon" for the layer in PhotoShop), then go to File -> Save As -> select GIF from the drop down and type in a file name.

Tablets are sooooo much fun to work with. Mine is an ancient one - I got it secondhand from an ex (*sighs* let's not go there) but it was free, so I aint complaining.

My sister tried to teach me how to do this once... I ended up under my desk, bawling. Very good tutorial, though, you explain the steps nicely.

Oh thank god... I felt like I may have been skipping along too fast. Once you get down to it though, GIF animation is really not brain surgery - very simple and fun. As long as you remember to K.I.S.S., you can do some pretty spectacular things!
