Here is my simplefied tutorial on basic flash things, I am very lazy so there isn't much "exitement" in it....
about 6 hours, in Flash MX 2004

I like the tutorial. I found it would be useful to someone new to flash. I'm a little more advancd,but it's still a very good tutorial. You had my attention every frame of the animation
