I have been asked about a Naruto tutorial, about how to draw Naruto eyes, hair, ect. I also added in some things to help people when designing their OC or RPC characters.Hope it helps anyone out.

How tall would you say that these characters are? I've found between 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 heads, but a lot of people give different answers.

I don't count height with heads honestly. I mean. Some characters are unusually tall, some are unusually short. I've never used heads as a way to measure height :3

Oh cool. I mean that's ALL you see in manga tutorials. "This body is 7 heads tall" LOL It's refreshing to hear that someone doesn't use this method. I mean it's what I learned, but yeah XD
