Description
Since the announcement of ORAS, I've been wanting to draw something for it, but I've been stuck as to what to do for it. Lately I've settled on a comic of some kind, but I got stuck on what Pokemon Blue, Keltie and Yvette would have let alone a plot.

I put far too much thought into the Pokemon alone, and just yesterday settled on some for Blue and Yvette, the latter being easier once I came up with the former's for some reason.

Kelcie and I talked about some ideas for Keltie, and some examples are shown above. I also took a crack at an outfit for her based on Latios/as.

For a plot, Digistar had suggested Brendan inviting the trio to a press conference where his father, Professor Birch, is discussing the discovery of Mega Stones in Hoenn. Naturally trouble ensues.

Brendan was also suggested as being an old friend/Traveling Partner of Blue's when he first went to the Hoenn Region several years ago.

Blue and co. also receive own Starters of their own, each one with a Mega Stone of course. Because it's me, the three Pokemon are references to other shows.

Blue's Treeko wears a belt similar to Humungosaur but has a personality similar to the Geico Gecko, Yvette's Combusken is named and loosely patterned after Liam (an alien chicken thug from Ben 10 Omniverse), and Keltie's Mudkip is named and loosely patterned after Gamagori.

The only other nickname I had was Zazz for Blue's Vigaroth, named after the Zeti of Sonic Lost World.
