Dr.Liore discovered that Pisces's powers are Aquatic Hydraulic based. Her body can absorb water into itself to do several things that effect it like changing her density. Absorbing and expelling the moisture in the air to take flight. Manipulating the water down to a cellular level to create a form of armor that materializes from her skin. Like the Density of her body, The water that acts as armor becomes 100 times more dense that the body. It is able to deflect the strongest of metals and block the hardest of hits. It's so tough, it could possibly survive 10 tons of TNT without a scratch. This Armor is able to survive the burning Temperatures of 23,000 degrees, So long as there's water in the area.
