Pauline Seagrin Fisk, was once an archaeologist who found the lost city of Atlantis. Though, she became famous for finding legitimate evidence of its existence. But her life when into an out of control maelstrom when she discovered that Atlantis wasn't but a whole entire continent that was sunk by an all out war for the power of "Water Authority", a power once used by Aquarius but was pasted over to The Pisces people for safe guard. But The Evil Cancer slain Thousand's of Pisces people to get the power that should have been his. But When a Pisces Priestess used its power to seal it away from the world, it was thought to be lost until Pauline found it that is. Upon finding it a millennia later, The Water Authority bonded with her very anatomy. Turning her into literal walking ocean.

as said by Dr. Lena Liore, Pauline's muscle and bone tissues are built like that of a biological sponge. Her skin can literally absorb the moisture in the air, compress it into pockets of energy, and is able to release it from her body in any form if she uses it right. The shear weight of the water puts pressure into her bones reinforcing them to be as strong as steel. Her muscle tissue does the same but the poors in her skin closes up and locks into a form of micro scales similar to fish scales but down to a microscopic level to the point where its not noticable. The tissue on her face that resembles the Pisces symbol acts as a sort of Aquatic Panel that works the same way as a Solar panel but for the moisture in the air. But it can change spots on the body when leaded. it's the only spot on her body that is constantly absorbing water at all times. Also her sweat glands are are virtually nonexistent. When releasing water it does just come out. the electrolytes in her cells magnify the water and vibrates it in a certain frequency to the point where the water will solidify and create the illusion of blue ocean waters. in other words, Pauline can create a form of armor straight from water. if Pauline absorbs moisture and releases at a certain it's possible get her move at fast speeds in and out of water using pure aqua-synthesis pressure. if used right she could blast water straight from the palm of her hands like a massive water main break.

Pauline was soon to be apprehended by the Agent's of Gemini to steal the Water Authority from her. Pauline unlocked the first phase of her powers and when toe to toe with the leader of the Gemini, Alexander Grey, nearly killing him at the Little Star Clinic. Pisces hasn't seen or heard of anyone other Geminis but she has the feeling that they are not done yet........

With the help of Blue Jacket and friends, Pauline Fisk trained to control her powers and would become the hero known as "Mystic Pisces".

Mystic Pisces became involved with helping Blue Jacket and Cerulean Heart when their mutual enemy, TL, The Evil Blue Jacket from another Earth, came to this plain of existence bringing a long with him resurrected enemies from the past to cause harm to those who made them meet their end. It was the Combined effort of every hero to send TL back to where he belonged. But TL had one more trick up his sleeve and caused a devastating explosion that left a majority of the heroes in critical condition. with this situation, Mystic Was a welcomed inclusion to the Roster. But as months went by, all of her Heroics were noticed by many people.....Even Grey and his master, The Man in Shadow. it's been 5 months since Gemini attacked, they are getting ready to take Pisces's Water Authority once and for all.

it's 2018, Tides are roaring for the new War to begin.
