Yeah, I think so. I thought they were Ford's eyes at first, but Stan, Dipper, and Mabel all have brown eyes. So Ford's eyes had to be brown. It makes sense that they're Fiddleford's eyes.

At ComicCon, Alex Hirsch said that Fiddleford saw "a place that Bill would like to hang out"Β
So he probably just witnessed a demon party, and freaked out. He didn't have as much experience with the supernatural as Ford did.Β

I don't understand how Fiddleford became insane. The only dimension that I could think of that he could've gone to was the Dr. Seuss-style from Rick and Morty. Β Β

Actually he most likely turned insane from erasing his memory too much as seen in one of the episodes, he become crazier the more he used the device to erase his memories of gravity falls

he probably saw sick twisted things liike babies with babies for eyes with teeth for eyes or a half sheep half vulture turned inside out and bill is also there
