It's not perfect, but I think it looks good

Hmmm, I was trying to figure out a method of coloring/shading like that...studying this gives me a better idea of what I should do. Thanks.
As always, great work man. I seem to like the eyes especially (aside form the color job of course).
The only critique I can add besides the shoulder as mentioned before, is that the boots look a little akward, they should be a little wider than her leg methinks. And the extended foot has an unatural angle being made with her ankle.
I look forward to seeing you continuing to use and improving this coloring style.

My critique lies in Sallys actual structure. It could use a little tweaking. You know, this reminds me, I need to post a tutorial on Sallys body *shameless plug* I have a face tutorial up as well *shameless plug number two* What I think would make her ten times better is an actual shoulder to emphasis the dynamic pose you put her in ^_^
