love the simplicity in the tut altho you might want to add a link to the airbrush tut in the artist comments and you might want to explain the Photoshop secret step a bit more. not everyone can work with the liquify tool. overall amazing tut and great result.

really ?? why.. dont you have the Liquify tool can u use the smodge-tool and change the range to 100% then it works well too ^^
