Ty for the vote of confidence. Hey I got a question for ya. If I made a picture too large for my scanner and i had to scan it in sections how would I go about putting them back together in PS? And then decreasing the size of the image to make it more manageable?

You open both images in PS, then drag one using the selection tool to the other and it will show up as a new layer. Then merge the two together, resize and export for web (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+S)
You may have to adjust for color/brightness as well to match them up.
