I'm pretty sure that most of us at some point in our
lives, have playfully jumped into a puddle ^^
I'd imagine this is something our Captain of cute would
also do if he came across some too~

Anyways... little scenario. It'd been raining the previous night on
Yoshi's Island. The following morning, the day was much nicer, but
the rain had left plenty of puddles~ Yoshi saw this opportunity to
have a playful splash before the warm weather dries them all up!
