The place was called Snake and shake, only lamias, melusines, nagas, were snakes and so on worked there, Leni applied but the interview did not went well (she mistook some terms), but she wanted the job, so, they helped her.

It is not permanent but can be frustrating.
Also this can not be turned off, and her pupils are still ther but that glowing from her eyes is a bit overpowering.
