Where to begin... does anyone even read this?All done in that marvellous program known as Illustrator. I really learnt a lot making this. Who knows how many layers/elements are in it...I'm obsessed with details and texture at the moment.
It doesn't really have any deep meaning behind it, so don't go looking for it... Just some random, artistic funky-ness inspired by a certain funky friend , pictured in the bottom left hand corner. I liked the 'mood' he conveyed in the original photo and I guess everything else grew from that...as it does!

Indeed, there are many elements trapped here. The bright colors and white background pierce into my memory however... If you should ever see the cover of the movie 'Logan's Run' the color scheme used for it might also remind you of this picture. I see the man at the bottom as Logan, turning his back on the shining hedonistic city of the greatest pleaseures he has ever known to live a life of *choice*.

at the risk of being shot, i have to say that this reminds me of the original "it's a small world" art by Mary Blair. :3 from me (a total disneyphile) that's a compliment. at any rate, i love this. the composition and colour and everything are excelent. ^___^
