It is impressive how you can pull off such coloring effects with just MS Paint. I'll have to see if I can apply it in Photoshop.

I don't really like photo shope because its harder to use, in my opinion. BUT it does seem pretty easy if you just use the line tool.

I will agree with you, though, that when it comes to drawing lines or basic shapes, it is a bit tricky. I still haven't figured out the Pen tool. I use Flash MX to draw lines whenever necessary and import them into Photoshop to color.
