When she reached the age of fifteen and after winning her high school’s gymnastic tournament, she was approached by some mysterious men in black suits who told her that they have been very impressed by her abilities and suggested that she continued her education in a special facility that would really make her reach her true potential. They revealed to her that they were special government agents working for a top secret agency and her father had actually been one of their top agents, leaving the young teenager completely stunned at the information before they moved away, saying that they would give her a couple of days to think about their offer. Stacy confronted her aunt about it only to find out that the mysterious men were telling the truth and she didn’t tell her because she wanted her to have a relatively normal life, without the burden of such secrets. A few days later, the secret agents visited them in their house repeating their offer once more, and this time they would not take no for an answer. They even offered to settle the bank loan that Stacy’s aunt had so she could keep her house, heavily implying what the following consequences would be if she refused, and despite her aunt’s protests Stacy decided to accept their offer and got recruited into the agency. Both to help her aunt, and follow in her father’s footsteps and try to serve the greater good. Her life would never be the same, and she would soon find out that her purpose would not be quite so noble.

Stacy’s training was harsh and rigorous, both physically and mentally. She was not trained simply to reach the peak of physical condition, she was trained to turn into a cold, emotionless weapon, one that would be able to infiltrate just about any facility, gather or destroy intel, and even removing targets without leaving any trace. Stacy indeed turned into a weapon, soon turning out to be one of the agency’s best and most efficient agents, even taking the name “Ice Queen” for her particularly cold, calculating and almost emotionless attitude. Even with that attitude, Stacy did share a sort of comradeship and even friendship with a few of her fellow agents, particularly with Megan Jones, a beautiful brunette that had been recruited in the agency a few months later than her, and with whom she struck a very close friendship. The agency however, had bigger plans than simply creating a group of elite agents. They developed a special super soldier serum, one that would improve and enhance human abilities way beyond their limits, in order to create a small army of super agents. Still even with all their scientists and technology, the serum proved to be rather difficult to create, and every agent who took it ended up in a comma for several weeks. Despite the dangers, both Stacy and Megan volunteered for the program, even though Megan was hesitant at first. After a few more failed attempts, the first one who successfully took the serum was Stacy, who managed to withstand the hard ordeal and the intense effect it had on her body. Despite the rough ordeal and the fact that it took her almost two days to recover, the results were impressive and Stacy had indeed gotten some amazing abilities. The director was overjoyed and eager to use the serum on more volunteers. Megan was able to receive the serum as well, gaining enhanced abilities much like Stacy, but the program would be abruptly shut down. Infuriated at how the volunteers were essentially treated like lab rats Megan used her new abilities to destroy the lab and all of the serum samples, and even took out the head scientists before she escaped the facility. Stacy was sent after her but Megan managed to escape, mostly because the blonde herself started feeling conflicted about the whole program, as well as the overall motivations of the agency. This would lead to a series of events that eventually resulted in a change of command in the agency. It was revealed that the director was corrupted and often acted on his own personal interests, using the agency for his own means. The serum also proved to be way more dangerous than initially thought, not only being really hard on the volunteer’s body but even potentially affecting their personality, and making them more aggressive. The entire program was eventually abandoned and under the new director, the agency employed much less extreme methods and showed more care for their agents, treating them like people instead of machines. Even so, the events left Stacy shaken and she slowly started to question the purpose of being an agent. Finding out that her father took a desk job after meeting her mother and never wanted that kind of life for her made her even more frustrated against the agency and the way they had used her and all of her comrades.

Stacy continued operating under the newly reformed agency, and having a very different approach herself. She would no longer accept any assassination missions and focused on actually trying to help people, even taking missions on her own without the approval of the agency, while at the same time trying to track down Megan who had gone rogue and started dealing in the black market. Stacy eventually realized that she would not be able to help people the way she wanted and that the agency would always put politics and personal agendas as their priority, and after a fateful meeting with one of Skyland City’s heroines, she decided to follow the same path as well, becoming the heroine Nightstrike.

Powers and Abilities

Enhanced Strength and Durability: Nightstrike has impressive strength, able to lift up to 8 to 10 metric tons, and she is much tougher than she looks as well, able to take heavy blows. She also has an enhanced healing factor, able to heal even serious injuries with relative ease.

Enhanced Speed and Agility: Nightstrike is quite fast and dexterous, something that comes both from her powers and her training. On foot she can reach up to 150 km, being able to keep up with a speeding car, although for a very short while.

Expert Hand to Hand Combat: Being an elite special agent in a top secret agency, Stacy has had intense and rigorous training, making her an expert in martial arts. Even among her group, she was considered the most skilled in hand to hand combat, able to take down multiple opponents quickly and efficiently.

Advanced Combat Training: Stacy’s training also focused on combat and arms training, making her an efficient ranged fighter as well. Stacy is a top marksman, able to hit even the hardest targets from a distance, using either handguns or sniper rifles. She is also excellent at stealth, moving like a shadow, and has impressive technical skills and hacking skills, able to sneak into heavily guarded facilities, gather the intel she needs and escape before anyone even realized she was there.

Equipment

Reinforced Bodysuit: Nigtstrike’s snug fitting bodysuit is made from a special, synthetic Kevlar material, making it bulletproof to conventional arms, and resistant to heat and knife cuts, offering good protection. Although highly durable, it's far from indestructible, so Nigthstrike mostly relies on dodging rather than actually taking a hit.

Weapon Bracelets: Nigtstrike’s main weapon is a pair of advanced, hi tech wrist bracelets that cover most of her forearms. Each of them can hold up to 10 highly advanced darts of two categories. Electric darts of varying degree to taze and take out opponents or short circuit and cause blackout to machines, and explosive darts for heavier targets. The bracelets are also armoured so the heroine can block incoming blows, bullets, blades and energy blasts.

Thruster Boots: The heroine also has a pair of knee high boots that allow her to fly at a good speed, making it easier to cover longer distances and use them for a tactical advantage in combat.

Utility Belt: Nigthstrike’s equipment is completed by an advanced, gadget laden utility belt, giving her an edge in a variety of situations. Smoke pellets, grappling hooks, electric disks and a pair of collapsible electric buttons, that she can use individually or put together to form a longer staff, are among her most common tools. Sometimes she also carries a modified handgun that shoots energy blasts.

Interesting Facts

Stacy still keeps connections with her agency and even takes part in some missions even after she turned into a heroine. She is subtle though, and tries to keep hidden from her agency the fact that she has turned into a heroine.

She is still haunted by her past and her previous actions, and sometimes wonders if she even deserves to be called a heroine.

Stacy enjoys cooking, especially for those dear to her, something that she finds quite soothing and relaxing. Homemade pizza and pasta are among her specialties, but she is really good at sweet making too.

She also likes to kick back with a nice cold beer or bourbon and some peanuts, watch movies and sports and occasionally play games.

Her slender neck and firm bosom are particularly sensitive.

Stacy is usually serious but can get quite flirty with her fellow heroines.

Although she prefers to stay inside, Stacy does enjoy an occasional outing for shopping, a walk in the park or picnic.
