Shame that it took a moment then made me a bit sad. I'm from Washington State and there is a small group that will buy sleeping bags and hand them out to the homeless on winter days/nights. It's a shame that so many have to deal with the cold...

congrats on the dd! The cloak is just like a snowflake, fracturing all over the place. And the illustration on the old man's face is tender and nostalgic. Makes you feel he's like a kindly santa, down on his luck. The viewer instantly empathizes. My one small crit, I wish the space in the hood wasn't so flat. Looks like the seal over a snail shell to me, rather than something ghostly and ghastly lurking deep inside it. Wish it looked more like the dappled darkness under the sleeve. But it's a minor crit. Great job and worthy of a dd!
