“Yes I do. While the shrinking ray was remanded to your custody for scientific study, you were told if it was ever used again that Wayne would be charged as a terrorist.

“Did you forget how much damage Adam did to Las Vegas? This time you shrunk to bug sized while unsupervised children threw a rave in your house? I’m surprised if the DA also won’t press child endangerment charges. At best it’s negligence but what if a kid had been shrunk Diane? They could have died! You should just be glad that has never happened before.”

“Well, actually…nope never mind on that. Why don’t you restore me to full size?”

“I couldn’t leave you bug sized or else I would lose you, but you are material evidence of the shrink ray’s use. That’s why you are going into this evidence bag right here.”

“What about my sister in law?”

The fed taps a book bag. “She is already secured. Let’s go.” Diane was unceremoniously dropped into the bag. She was plunged into darkness as it was rolled up. With her head on her knees she cried as she pondered their fate, even more mad than she thought possible at Wayne.
