I read the rest of issue#0 and I think this seems like it'll shape into a really good series. I'm just wondering how the blonde cheerleader girl will affect the mechanics of the story since issue#0 pretty much focused on poor Steve's mission for a really cute pen. Did I mention that I think that Steve is super cute? Like much more than the pen. I totally would have stuck up for him when he ran into those bullies.
Ah, and about how many pages do the other comics average?

Thanks for the comment! Issue # 0 was an introduction to the main characters: Miguel and Steve. Also it was an opportunity for me to showcase the campus of Alcatraz High. Kelli (the cheerleader ) is featured a little more in the series. Since she's one of the more popular characters in the series she gets bumped foward on the cover.
I love Steve. He's the character that everyone can relate to, hopefully. He's the outsider, the dreamer with great potential.
The other comics are the standard 24 pages long. Hope to see you at comic con!

I wish I was going, but I'm pretty sure it'd be impossible to get a badge now. Unless you're referring to New York Comic Con, which takes place in the very scary and very far away from my house New York.
*Sigh* And now you've gone and gotten me whistful over San Diego Comic Con. Maybe I can manage to work up my courage and reserve some passes for next year since I don't think I'll be going all the way to New York any time soon. It sounds like it'll be a lot of fun, but most nerdy conventions are a whole lot of fun.

I was referring to the San Diego Comic Con. I never been to the New York Con. I'd like to go someday...
