Well, I did promise a comic at 1000 watchers, didn't I. This would've been online sooner, alas, someone keeps on setting off the fire alarm tonight. The wardens have now worked out which flat it's coming from (Not mine!) and they're waiting to see who owns up in there!

Eeyup. I live in private accommodation at the moment you see, so the wardens generally patrol the grounds regularly to make sure no one's on site who should be, cut the hedges, mow the lawns and generally any other handy work.
