I love the tonal range of this image, especially despite shooting in IR.
This made me go off on an one hour information seeking session, where I found that my camera shoots a more real IR mode, with no colour other than red. Which makes images like this very hard.. oh well! FAVE!

I came this Christmas to the computer to read mails and i remember on Deviantart and then i see WOOOOOOOOOOOW 860 messages more then last time i wisit this great site. And DD... OMG!

This tree and ladder was taken about 100m away from my home at the pasture. I didn't shoot a lot with infra red filter by now, because i buy him in late atumn, but i cant wait to sptring. I can't even imagine, that they will in this beautifull place build a highway
(sorry for my bad english)

I like this very much. The off color is dreamy, the ladder becomes very important in position. I suppose it's a deer hunting platform, but in your picture it becomes an observation plane. The near, out of focus, sweeping detail of the tree pulls you into the picture with a sense of imbalance. Pretty cool.

Beautiful shot! great colours. The leaves look like soft pink feathers. I like it that the sky is so blue. It looks like it's a fantasy world, a tree from a fairytale. The ladder really adds something to the photo. It's like the tree is somebody's home or something. A place where you can come and climb the ladder and sit in the tree and watching the landscape around you for hours
