i know. it's probably going to appear out of context for a little bit. i got part five of seven in my group. this is great-man, rufis and smiley following latika on the way to the reactor room to meet up with another group.or this could be called "A funny thing happened on the way to the reactor room!"
is this text too small? let me know. i sure can fit more dialog in there with this size! anyway, if it is, i can change it for future pages.
Hope it makes more sense when we all get our pages up! more pages to come, of course!

Brilliant sequence - moves the story on really well and we find out a bit more about Great Man and Vicky's relationship too. Good stuff.

a little exposition doesn't hurt. especially since i wanted to feature as many aspects of these characters as possible (even though i had the simple task of moving one team to a different room).

thanx. i wanted to keep with the color scheme (adding purple for objects "out of focus") and basic geometric shapes. but i also added little flairs of pattern and color in there from time to time, too.
but overall, the interiors are DARK! kinda adds to the evil atmosphere i wanted to present. they are, after all, in the headquarters of the master villain.

I love the team you've been assigned, the dialogue between Great Man and Rufus is fantastic! Your Smiley is to die for!

smiley is like the "joker" of the DU. at least in my eyes. he's a crazy berzerker with wolverine-like claws! what a great toy to play with!
i also thought that great-man and rufus would get along pretty well seeing as how they have similar personalities/outlooks on life. so they turned into my "buddy action team".

This is really great - really sets the tone nicely. You're very generous with giving other people's characters panel time and you handle them well - I don't know smiley but Rufus seems very in character! Looking forward to seeing how we got here and where your group goes next!

Only a little, no biggy. I wasn't there yet and you basically made the decision for me as how to end it. On a possitive note, you also spared me at least one page of work, since I was originally planning on drawing Latika reacting to the reactor alert. I won't have to do that now and can focus on other things. For that I say thanks

thanx. i'm just picking up the story. it's up to to show how latika took these guys down. it doesn't hurt latika's chances that we have a psycho, a possessed merc struggling to maintain his hold on his own mind and a powerless not-so-great-man to fight!
