Description
The beast attacks Nat! She's defending herself against its mightly blows but it drives her to her knees. Monica runs over to assist but a tailwhip smashes the redhead against the alley wall and she crumples to the ground."What are you still doing here?!" Nat barks at me. "Save yourself!" As the apparently prehensile tail wraps around her ankles, pulling her down. She cries out in objection as the beast mounts her, pummeling her.
"GET OFF OF HER!" I screech. She defended me, and whatever else I had thought of her, she did this so I would not come to harm. "YOU SONUVABITCH!"
The beast ignores my tirade, extending its claws, looking to make Nat the next victim -
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" I roar as emotion wells and explodes within me. Raising my fists, something awakens in me. I want to save her! The power that has awakened in me transforms me. The alley glows with light which I am radiaiting...
