Description Here's my entry for Trojan Horse Was A Unicorn Festival/It's Art Mag's A Song of Ice and Fire(more popularly known as Game of Thrones) Fan Art Challenge. This is Aegon I Targaryen/The Conqueror/Dragonlord with his dragon, Balerion the Black Dread. Aegon was the founder of Targaryen Dynasty, the first king of Westeros and ruler of the Seven Kingdoms. He collected swords of his defeated enemies then formed it into the iconic Iron Throne.

amazing picture. Love the detail and the addition of the basket of swords attached to the saddle. Background looks perfect. One issue I noticed, however, is the legs looks a little short and stumpy when compared to the head, makes the dragon look a bit disproportionate.Β
