These are my versions of Jekyll and Hyde just for kicks and giggles!
Sorry for them being kind of smudged though.. 
Top corner:
Jekyll: "All that you are is a face in the mirror, I close my eyes and you disappear!"
Hyde: "I'm what you face when you face in the mirror, long as you live I will still be here!!"
That's from Jekyll & Hyde the Musical.. which I also did for my lip sync at school and got 2nd place overall!!
WHOO!! Anyway!! 
Yeah, .. these were just kind of for fun.. I did these a while ago.. :/Enjoy!

Hi! I recently found a story by Predicon-Mike-1994, called Jekyll and Hyde: Boredom and Brotherhood, and asked if I could draw a scene from it. I was given permission and when I asked what versions of Jekyll and Hyde they picture them as they sent me a link to this picture(which is quite awesome by the way). I was wondering if you would be okay with me using the versions in your drawings here in the scene from the story? Just as I will give the owner of the story credit for the scene I will also give you credit for the Jekyll and Hyde versions.

very much love for the book and I think you drew them perfectly, I always like to think that in the begining Hyde looked exactly like Jekyll with slight differences, maybe different eye color, something unnoticable like that and then as the story went on he would almost mutate and become stronger as Jekyll became immencely sick. I would love to see a transofromation step by step of these guys from you, you're such an amazing artist. Also <33333 the mirror conversation!

I love, love, LOVE this design of the characters. I just keep coming back to stare at this because it's so amazing. I love Hyde's design. How he's a little bit shorter than Jekyll, but his shoulders are so broad and his arms are so thick (especially around the lower arms, hand, and wrist, which gives him this very primitive, thugish look) that he seems much bigger than Jekyll. The hands in the top drawing are amazing detailed and I could seriously just stare at this for hours, there's so much detail and expression in their eyes and their faces, and so much fluidity to their poses.

Looking at the sketch in the bottom left corner: I'm impressed. Many people usually draw Hyde as taller than Jeckyll, when in the story it was exactly the opposite. I applaud you for getting the details right.
Overall, I really love your style. You always make the posture, facial expression, and build unique to every character that you draw, whether they're yours or otherwise. This is something that I find difficult to accomplish and I admire you for your ability to do so.

Yes, I've actually read the book! X) Although I like the idea of Hyde gaining power and growing over Jekyll over time mentally and physically, like in LXG, I always saw him much shorter at first. :/ Thank you!

It would make a lot more sense for him to be bigger. But, if I remember the book correctly, he did begin to grow, because in the beginning Jeckyll's evil side was pretty much unused, but as Hyde took over more and more he got stronger...

I dunno, I thought the ending was fantastic the way it was... though if he did fake his death that would've been real interesting, like one of the other characters would bump into Hyde years later or something like that.

For some reason, when we (English class) had to read "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", I really got all angry-face and Jekyll for some reason! XD Everyone had pity on him, but I just wanted to stab his face with a straw or something!
