Berry Jam is a resident of Stew York and a kind, helpful soul to all she meets. Berry is a very good singer, but she's too shy to sing on stage until Strawberry helps her overcome her fear. She also has a sweet personality, but when sticky situations arrive, she tends to run away. Another point to be made is that she's also very clingy to Strawberry whenever she visits, until she meets Raspberry Tart, to which she immediately bonds with. Cherry has a pet hare named Jelly, who's very tall, sometimes even scaring away other pets when Berry and Jelly walk by.

Coco S'more lives in a house of chocolate in Munch, based on the german city Munich. She's very similar to Uter from the simpsons in personality because she's very good-natured, loves sharing her culture, and has a huge passion for chocolate. Another fun fact is that Coco's pen pals with Mint Tulip. Coco used to own Marsh Mallard, but gave it away to Mint when she decided to get Chip, a chocolate lab. Chip is actually pretty shy and is often seen hiding behind Coco when another pet is present.

Tara McSue is a sly and coy businesswoman who owns the Beantown Traveling Circus. She's very convincing and helpful in her exterior, but her bitter insides used to shine through in her shady circus performances. Until Strawberry stepped in, Tara McSue was a charlatan, selling tickets at outrageous prices for her lackluster circus, although she's only that way in order to survive and provide for herself. Now, she still has her sly exterior, but she no longer scams people, as she gains much more customers by permanently staying in Strawberryland. Tara has a pet named CherBear, who's her partner in crime and the cycling bear in her circus.
