Oh man you got me all excited so I looked into the process AAAAND you apparently need to build the character using Genesis 1, 2 or 3. Ivory is made from Victoria 4 which is a very old model in comparison. The Genesis series of models can meld the clothes to be part of the model. allowing it to be printed in 3d, while Victoria would require you to print out each piece of clothes one at a time since they aren't melded together. One day I'll reconstruct her as a Genesis model.
Otherwise it seems easy after that. Import her to Blender, clean it up, move it to Netfabb and it's ready.
