This reminds me of two things;
1st in Rayman 2: the Great Escape when you accept the treasure you go to the fake ending where Rayman is sitting in a beach chair on an abandoned island, body's looks like that, and the screen says "The End"
2nd is from Rayman Origins, it's when you get hit by an enemy Rayman's body or his friends body's will inflate or get bubblized.
