I are Equalist screw dem benders :3 and Amon by far a better bad guy then Ozai do i dont see him much really a bad guy more of a...hmm. Amon is not bad he is an extremist is what i believe he isn't out for world domination just wants everyone to be treated as equals no one holding their head above the others. As the series progressed I did see where Amon was coming from non benders where treated as second class citizens and the triple threat triat where a big proof on that. Extortion of non benders who cant defend themselves and the police has little control. I wont be so naive to believe the triple threat have not blackmailed OR bought some of the metal bending police. Amon is in the wrong for taking things to an extreme but you know the saying. 'One's man terrorist is another's freedom fighter'

i had an idea about this. what if, when aang died (and katara brought him back) it messed up the cycle so that there are 2 avatars? then, amon could have his power because HE is an avatar too, right??

This isn't possible, the Avatar spirit was healed. This has been proven by canon sources, namely as a webcomic/game which takes place in between book two and three. Also, Bryke have said that it's impossible for there to be more than one Avatar at a time. Sorry dude
