A while back on the History Channel they had a show on the Psychology of Batman, which spoke in depth about the minds Batman and his enemies. They talked at length about the Riddler being a narcissist, and I thought, "Now here is a dude who would appreciate an L!"And here you have it!

I maintain that the best possible Riddler story in comics would have to be something that rips off the intellectual cat-and-mouse game going on in Death Note. I desperately want to see that happen.

I liked it.
I'm a big fan of both Batman and death note, and I thought this was really funny.
Now riddle me this: Who is actually the better detective?
I mean, L is much better at understanding how people thinks, and setting psychological traps, but Batman also works in the field, as well as being an exceptional tactician.
Also, if L had been clever enough to wear a mask he wouldn't have died.
But I guess your point here is that L has the sharpest wit, and I guess I have to give you that.
