Well, the upcoming Transformers Animated series sorta got me on a Trans-kick, so I'd thought I'd do some fanart for Optimus Prime. Because everyone loves Optimus...ALL versions of him.
This is probably only funny to those who are familiar with the Transformers universe. Otherwise, you might miss the Beast Wars references and the cheap shots at poor Rodimus Prime and Wheelie. Not to mention the joke about the fandom's HAET of Optimus without his faceplate, lol. Of course, for the last one, you'll need to be familiar with slash fanfiction to laugh at the "lime" joke...or to cringe at it.

You know, despite not minding Optimus as a character, I never respected him as the leader of the Autobots.

Oh yes. Barricade was my favorite in the movie.
I think I'm a Deceptilass, though, because when the movie came out, the only character I could remember from when I watched TF as a little kid was Starscream. I mean, besides Optimus and Megatron.
But in the movie Barricade was much awesome-ness, and Starscream was not quite as much.
