I kinda missed the boat on Shadow Raiders. I never heard of it when (that's assuming IF) it ever came state-side. Fortunately I have the internet and I was able to watch the whole series on Youtube a couple months back. I gotta say, it was a pretty epic show, escpecially for one based off a toy line. It had a stoy-driven plot, well developed characters and, for its time, decent animation. Unfortunately, like dearly departed ReBoot, it was cancellefore the story could be brought to a satisfactory resolution, which causes no end of frustration.
But I digress. You captured the characters of Jade and Femur quite well (look at that lecherous leer! That's our (deposed?)emperor of Bone alright) and I love how you got the marble colorization of Jade's skin (and of course that disgusted sneer at Femur's antics. She is one seriously badass chick). All in all, a really fun piece. There just isn't enough Shadow Raiders fanart out there.

There was ownership issues. There originally was going to be three seasons, but with funding cut (Mainframe always did have the worst luck for funding), they shortened it to two, and they even changed the last quarter of season 2, so that it would have a decent enough ending.

Oh man... it's been so long, but I remember this show! Vaguely... but I definitely remember these two. I used to have a few toys from this... the funky planteoids you could connect and stuff, that was so cool to me as a youngster.
