At first glance, there was something awkward I noticed, but cannot put into words quite yet. Then I looked for a couple more seconds and I got it. (well at least I think I did). I love how the jagged stone wall slowly transforms into a velvety water stream at the centre of the picture. It almost seamlessly transforms age into something more intricate and full of patterns. The stream also goes from realistic to somewhat fantasy-like flowing down the creases of the rocky side, and the appearance of the green moss is just -- perfect.
But then I still feel like something can be improved on. This photo, it did not appeal to me at first, it did not hit the bar of awe in my heart. It lacks a definite sense of a framed picture, though the centre of focus has every element perfectly organized, my peripherals see a mediocre frame. Perhaps if the photo can just capture the top of this photo just a little bit more, it would have a bigger impact.
Overall, this piece is well done.

As I have often said. Any day on dA will have images better than the year's best from National Geographic, and here is another one.
Much goes to Mother Nature who made the scene, but I would have never seen it without borda taking the image.
The colors are clean, pure and full of green which to me makes up life on earth. Care was taken to compose, using a shutter speed to capture the feel of flowing water, and most likely some risque to place yourself in the wet and wild. I don't know how large this print can be made, but it would have been best on a large format camera. I do not know if the top edge was enclosed in dark, but if it was, I would have liked to have it framed that way.

Awesome shot. As the first reviewer mentions, it does hint toward a desire to be 2x3.

Fantastic shot, I very much appreciate the gloominess that you captured. Because of the light, the scene almost feels surreal to me. It makes me wonder of what was behind the camera.
