Let it be known that I can't fucking spell sometimes.Anyways.
I've been in another bad mood. Arda is one of those things that makes me happy, though it didn't help too terribly much this time. To be honest, I've been having some second thoughts about other pairings because of...things. Also, I've dropped a few characters and have no plans on bringing them back while some are on hiatus.
Hopefully I'll be done with these mood swings by my birthday.
This was actually finished last night, but...eh. I've decided that I don't like submitting things at night because they get ignored.
At least I'm trying to do other lighting like I said I would. Always with the Arda. I had no desire to draw uniforms, so I didn't. Lene (c) bossusaurus

Ah, well...I have seen a couple, though I will admit that I have multiple friends with OCs paired with Jean.
Best part about it is the fact that she's older than him. None of that EVERYONE MUST BE FROM THE 104TH stuff that I usually see.

ahh that's so cool! i guess most people (including me haha orz) make their oc part of the 104th because that way it's easier to make a story... idk haha.

Aha, well, I'll have to disagree with that, since I'm not too overly fond of him. ;w; Though that's just my opinion~ Gotta love those protagonists.
Well, she and her twin brother are in the Scouting Legion, and they're both 18. ;w; She's the type to want to learn all the new recruits' names when they join, so that's how she'd meet him. That, and she likes cute things. Armin qualifies for that easily. Ssshhhhhh, not annoying. ;w; I love talking about OCs.

idk, I managed to pack all of my shit up in like an hour the day I left, I just started feeling sick on the way back to school. =A=
Ah, well...feeling better physically has helped my mood about all of that, and I did delete everything from 3 other characters that I never use. It's therapeutic and wonderful sometimes. Kind of like purging art galleries of really old art. Hopefully, I'll feel completely better about all of this sooner rather than later, but thank you, anyways. ;w;

Just...uggghhh, I don't know. I don't know how I feel about Lottie and Erwin anymore or if it's a pairing worth developing at all. OTL I've already gotten rid of three characters I had before, but I don't want to stop using her like I am for them.

WHAT!? No way! Eclair is a cute pairing, from what I think. I don't know much about Eclair, but because I know you make very well rounded characters, you can make things work! It's fine to feel bad about pairings, but it's your choice to break them up. I personally don't want you to, but I will respect it if you decide to do so. I love Lottie, and it would be such a waste to see her go

Ah...well...I just have no desire to bother developing them because of things that have been happening that I'd rather not talk about since it's honestly quite silly. I won't be getting rid of Lottie as a character, I just am unsure of what to do with her pairing right now. ;w; I'm sure I'll start feeling better about it in time, and it does help that I'm (physically) feeling better today. That, and deleting all posts about 3 different characters from my OC tumblr was damn therapeutic.

Seriously, though. I LOVE IT. Such gorgeous, beautiful, adorable Arda, and their hands. THEIR HANDS. I love that you put Zelda's hand under Armin's because alskdjflaksdjf CUUUUUUUUUUTE~ AND ARMIN'S BLUSHING ALSKDJFLAKSJF I CAN'T. ALSO THEIR OUTFITS ARE SUPER CUTE, ESPECIALLY ARMIN'S~ (And of course one of Zelda's gorgeous dresses that I cannot draw to save my life, ehehehe, BUT STILL CUTE~<3)
All the hard work and effort you put into the sketch definitely paid off 'cause this is beautiful~ The lines look really good, and the colors are marvelous, and the shading is superb, ESPECIALLY WITH THE HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE MOON.
Seriously, the coloring/lighting for the time of day is FANTASTIC. ALSKDJFL
The braid is gorgeous, THE ROSE IS GORGEOUS ASDLKFJL, THEIR EYES ARE GORGEOUS, ESPECIALLY ARMIN'S ALSKDJF
AND OH MY GOSH, DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE BACKGROUND. EVERYTHING IS SO PERFECT, I JUST CAN'T FUNCTION ANYMORE. The moon is probably my favorite, but the night sky with the stars, and the shooting star, and the beautiful moon are wonderful~ The stone on whatever they're sitting on looks FANTASTIC, and the walkway also looks GREAT. AHH, I LOVE IT. The grass is great, and are those fireflies? ALSDKFJASLKFJ FIREFLIES. WHATEVER THEY ARE, THEY ADD SUCH A GREAT MOOD TO THIS PICTURE ALKSJDFL ALSO, TREES~ TREES ARE SO HARD TO DO, I THINK, BUT THESE LOOK GREAT! Not as heavily detailed, perhaps, BUT STILL GREAT.
BOSSU-SAMA, THIS IS GORGEOUS AND I LOVE IT~ I WOULD NEVER IGNORE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PIECE~

I just...didn't feel like drawing the uniforms, so I opted for casual clothes. Yep.
Psssssshhhhhh, I changed quite a lot of anatomy between the sketch and this, so...eh. That's debatable.
THAT GRASS TOOK FOREVER. FOR FUCKING EVER. And I'm still not happy with it, though it's harder to tell what it looks like with the darkness.
And that moon was heavily bullshitted. As was the shading. Oops. Those are fireflies, yes. ;w; I should have put some grass overlapping with the cobblestone pathway, but...well...hindsight, I guess. Also, heavily detailed trees will likely never be a thing with me. Holy shit, no.
I'm starting to like drawing braids...which is definitely a huge change, but that's okay. I'm find with that.

Ah, don't worry about me, okay? I'm just having a hard time with a combination of things, fueled mainly by being sick and tired...and back in school. It just sort of magnifies everything else. I've always been a little over sensitive about oc things and pairings, but normally I just...ignore it or change it to make someone else happy. Sometimes it's a bit hard when it's in places you never thought it'd be or if you're tired of trying to make everyone else happy over yourself.

My OCs tend not to be popular with people because they're very Mary-Sue-like to other people, but that's not going to stop me from drawing them and developing them and doing what I want with them. Aaaahhhhhh, well, I used to do that all the time, but no matter how much I hate hands, I usually still try to draw them. ;w; I do still sometimes hide one of them, like in outfit collections. At least it's only one for those, though.
WELL, then I'll draw them in more casual clothing, then. ;w; Keeps me from having to place the Scouting Legion symbol all over everything. That thing is so difficult to warp properly to clothing, and no way in hell am I going to redraw it every time. Hell no.
Yeah, the grass...I ended up combining like...4 different methods of doing it, all of which were in photoshop rather than sai. =A= I don't like having to switch back and forth because I'm a lazy bum. I know like...3 different methods of doing trees, too. =A= It's just, none of them look like how I want it all to. So yes.
No, really! It's fine. I'm feeling better today, with the help of not physically feeling like shit and having got about 8 hours of sleep. Changing things up to make other people happy has always been a habit of mine, and I'm just kind of sick of it, you know? I honestly think it's time for other people to accommodate me, but I doubt it'll actually happen. You're right, though, about not being able to satisfy everyone, but sometimes I just can't help but try. Still, I'm getting a little tired of it.
But yes, I honestly don't really mind if only a few people like my pairings or characters. I do get really giddy when people I don't know say they like them, but that's not something that happens too often.

I can imagine how much of a pain that would be. Makes me DEFINITELY want to never try the uniforms XP But casual clothes are always good (especially where AUs are concerned~<3).
I find myself mixing methods when I learn how to draw things. OOPS. But at least you know a few different ways that you can experiment with. NOTHING WRONG WITH BEING LAZY. Nothing ever turns out the way I want it to, but rather than work at it until it's fixed, I ignore it and try again another time, ehehe.
