Description
This started as just a small sprite of Β what Tirek might look like if his final form was in scale with the regular Desktop Ponies. Then I went overboard with the details and messed up the shading. Oh well...The arms were based on a Hulk sprite by Capcom because they just looked so fitting. Everything else was made from scratch.

Lol yea. But Tireks durability and power is double planet with all the equstrias power. And he can literally steal you power from you. If he can steal it from a reality warping god like Discord. Godzilla won't be too much of a problem

Tirek can steal magic. I wasn't aware that Godzilla operates on magic.

Well not just magic. It's more than magic clear he can steal. He seems to like steal your life force or something
He can steal away your strength, speed, and even ability to fly leaving you drained almost unable to move much, and very weak.
But Godzilla runs on some magic in comics too. So stealing his powers is very realistic. Plus
Already he is double planet level. So to do any damage, Godzilla would have to use force that would destroy the planet, and that leaves him in space, he suffocates and dies.
It can end in a potential tie
But more realistically Tirek would just steal his power. That's kinda how he is. Fight a little then if your to tough, steal you power.

Well, I admittedly know very little of Godzilla, so like I said, I wasn't aware that Godzilla was a magical creature (I though he was powered by nuclear radiation). I also have no idea what this double planet stuff means you keep bringing up.
Other than that, it's really not all that surprising that the characters Tirek drains energy from feel drained after that. It doesn't necessarily mean that he drains life force itself (unless you believe that Celestia, Luna and Cadance not only transferred their magic to Twilight, but their life force as well, since Tirek wasn't able to drain anything from Celestia after that). Also, he clearly has limits to what he can absorb, seeing how he was completely defenseless against rainbow power.
But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Yea. He is part nuclear, but he has magic in the comics. And with the double planet stuff. It's a measurement of his power and feats we did.
