Description
Guess where this flower belongs? This was a little experiment with black and white, which I don't really usually work with - but I think the result turned out very nice, though kind of abstract.I ended up with two photos though, and I couldn't decide which was the best - so I uploaded both of them. I would love to hear which one you like the best

I love them both - I guess if I had to pick between them then maybe the 2nd one... only because the little center parts are more 'perky' than in the other image.
The texture is fab on this is... fibrous which also reminds me of snow, ice or layers of webs and dust.

I find flowers very difficult to deal with, especially the depth of field. Usually I end up with just a little bit of the petal in focus and the rest too blurry to be aesthetically pleasing.
I really like your shot, especially the use of black and white here that creates a dreaminess, as if the petal is a cloud. This is like looking at a memory. Nice work.
