Adding a new "hero" to the but this one is a far cry from Mr Happy in terms of heroics. Avarice is more like if the Punisher went after the wealthy and powerful instead of the mob. Mix in some elements of Batman and Dr Strange and I think you get the idea. Huh, that costume reminds me of a character I haven't drawn yet, but has a hilarious backstory: Christine Caruso, a sort of friendly Princess Morbucks who lives with her wealthy parents in Las Vegas, wants to fight crime as a rookie named the "Cash Crusader", with money-themed attire and gadgets. But this bites her in the foot because it comes off as too hilarious to be taken seriously. That doesn't stop her from trying to fight crime, though. This guy would probably swat her like a fly.

Fantastic looking character - really good design! Interesting power set too - but it's interesting to see that his secret identity is rich - since he's dealing out justice to the corrupt, I wonder how he made his fortune? Anyway, it'll be interesting to see what you have lined up for this guy.

My very first thought was "What, this guy's a hero? Did Bracey100 accidently use the wrong profile?"
He looks awesome! I love the concept, too! His money armor is a great idea and certainly one of a kind!

Thanks, yeah I cant technically define him as a villain since he only goes after bad guys but he's definitely not a real hero, he's like the Punisher in a lot of ways. Very much an anti-hero. Like if Batman was willing to kill villains. I look forward to exploring how other heroes react to him. Although it seems that he and Ghost might be ok given Ghost's apparent ruthlessness.

Now this is an awesomely bad ass hero ( or antihero ?), love the overall look and design, so mean looking and especially his mask !
And I guess I know why he has that Eye of providence as a symbol, because he sees and knows everything that's happening and when crime is in its course and come to stope it, right ?

Very interesting character. Thought he was a villain at first. But clearly he's marked as a hero. I know a character of mine who could very possibly be on this guy's radar.

He is definitely not your play by the rules, nice nice hero. He does kill which could bring him into conflict with other heroes. As for characters on his radar I think Syndicate is at the top of his list. Which fits in perfectly with this month's challenge. So who were you thinking? Rubber Duck or Blue Smug? Ive been planning on having Mr Happy cross paths with one of them.

Actually, I was thinking of Mr. Wantz, the businessman responsible for making the Blue Smug who he is. As far as the average layperson is concerned, Mr. Walter Wantz is an honest and extremely generous businessman who created a grocery store chain called WantzMore. He also funds many charity organizations and also funds Team Champion which serves as a high-tech crime fighting organization within Relic Fields. Secretly, he runs an incredibly shady underground crime organization with as of now unknown motivations. He's incredibly ruthless and underhanded. He's likely killed several times to get what he wants. He's not officially in the DU, but the Blue Smug is his personal servant and acts on Wantz' behalf.
The Rubber Duck would likely not be on Avarice's radar. He's nothing more than a spoiled rich brat with a lot of toys. He hasn't even killed anybody...Yet. Most of his money is given to him by his parents, and they earned that money honestly. The rest of his money is from donations of followers of his site. So if Avarice is hoping to collect on blood money, he won't find any there.
I would love to see Mr. Happy take on any of my villains. And just so you know, if you're ever interested in a collab, I'd always be open for one. But if you're making plans to have Mr. Happy take on Rubber Duck, please note me before you do. He's about to go through a rather big change in the story I'm currently working on, so that might affect anything you have planned.

Cool thanks for all the info and yeah Id be up for a collab some time. A it is I wont be having Mr Happy mix it up with Rubber Duck for a while but oh Im liking the thought of Avarice hunting Wantz now. I'll keep you posted on my plans.

Its made of money shaped ala origami by virtue of his power.

He should remember to varnish it, otherwise he'll get all soggy and worthless in the rain.

Heavy exposure to water is indeed one of his weaknesses. His power is ok against rain (depending on how severe the weather is) but hit him with a fire hose and he could be pretty screwed.
