Here comes villain number two for the DU. From me."Gosh Vicky, he seems so OP..."
Of course he is, he's a force to be reckoned with, man.
Height: 7ft.
Additional Info:
-The listed powers on the reference are only his known powers, and he has so much more. Luckily he hasn't demonstrated just yet.
- Those closed eyes on his head stay closed 99% of the time. When he comes across a worthy adversary, they will open and he will go on overdrive.
- With his telepathy, he can say just the right things to bother and/or manipulate people.
- The black, mist-like stuff connecting his limbs are capable of stretching and they are not opaque. This means that solid objects will pass straight through it.
- He is near omniscient
