Originally this was of the original incarnation of Sabrina Swift, who was Melinda's Aunt who was a crime-fighting speedster during the 1960s through the early 1980s. Brie has gone through many reinventions since then, and is currently Melinda's niece who is a technopath bionic speedster with an unhealthy Mountain Dew obsession.

But this hairstyle and look (minus the neckerchief) is also an inspiration of Molly Moonlight's alter-ego Maria (Molly) Fox. So it's a two-for-one piece, I guess.
