Last minute (literally) entry for *yarjor 's Contest Contest . Decided to go with something outside of the box here.
I hope this is somewhat inspirational. 
FYI: This is the first emoticon contest I've ever entered.

You don't need to always be the prettiest girl, the healthiest boy, or the smartest cookie in the jar.

Actually, this piece is pretty deep and awesome. Touches me on so many levels. I hate that there are some people that make ever single a competition. Every. Single. Thing. I just refuse to play.

Yeah, I hate it when people are like that too. It's why I kinda keep away from a lot of people at school, and just hang with one or two friends. It's good though, because we treat each other equally and accept that neither of us are better than the other.

I am a firm believer that entering contests and projects is the best way to get practice and get better. My early gallery is filled with mostly project entries.
