Ive been dying to do a sci-fi monster piece for a long time now and this one has elements that ive been trying to incorporate into a composition for a long time.
I glanced at a few photos of various abandoned factories, camcorders and CDC biohazard suits for accuracy's sake, in addition to several close-up stills of a couple 80's horror movies used to get the expression I wanted for the foreground victim.

Nice one! This is an excellent painting superb in composition and execution with horror flavor. The camcorder paid a nice homage to all the handheld horror films like REC and Cloverfield.

Amazing job XD I like the eyes of the monster really shows it's wrath, and the monitor in front is a good way of showing the chaos. I don't know how you do it, but it is impressive XD

Wow, lighting is wonderful! I like a lot this red light above the creature. It gives more drama to the pic. Also, the guy's expression is great. Poor them
