The barely visible stars blend better to the blue sky if you use slightly blue hues. Also, I don't get those 4-pointed twinkly stars. I've never seen any IRL.
Oh, those small 1-pixel stars... do you place them by hand using a brush or a pen tool? Or do you make them as objects too that you duplicate using Ctrl?

thnx for the tips the 4 pointed stars are there for decorative effect, kinda like a fantasy scene with super shiny stars. this is going for the realistic/ pretty effect.
the one pixel stars are all placed by hand
