Rowan has messy blond hair that falls a little past her shoulders, brown eyes and slightly pale skin. In public, wears a dress shirt with a jacket over it, knee length tight skirt and dark brown tights. At work Rowan might look a lot more beaten up and messy (And wears dress pants).

• Personality:
Over all Rowan is a very plane and negative person, there isn’t much to her. Shes fairly quiet, level headed most of the time and keeps to herself. Not an overly social bird, but doesn’t necessarily like to be alone-- just has trouble getting use to new people. That said, shes not very good with new things in general. Doesn’t like changes in her routine or schedule, new things just bother her and she will normally use something till its completely un-usable (Simple household objects, clothes, etc). Lastly, Rowan has a very good hold on her temper until she/someone gets hurt (Physically or mentally), otherwise she can get rather loud.

• History:
When the tiny Rufflet hatched, they were in the wrong nest. Turns out less than a couple days before they hatched a huge storm swept by knocking the baby over into a Mandibuzz nest, also being covered in dirt so it was impossible to tell that the egg was any different. Thankfully for the tiny ball of fluff, they weren't kicked out of the nest or ignored, but instead the mother accepted the baby as her own. From there on, Rowan grew up like a Vullaby rather than a Rufflet. They couldn’t do all the things their sisters did of course, but that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t try. Over all though, they were treated fairly by all the baby birds and mother in the nest, they just seen Rowan as another Vullaby in the end.

After a year or two of being with the wrong family though, Rowan was captured by an older trainer while looking for food. It turned out, that trainer was looking for a pet for their younger sister, intending on getting a Vullaby, but instead catching Rowan. They decided to keep the tiny ball of feathers anyways, thinking it didn’t look as scary as a Vullaby in the end. For almost three years, Rowan was dressed up in little costumes like some kind of purse dog, called “Princess” as some kind of pet name, and referred to as a “she”. Non of this Rowan really minded, of course she didn’t enjoy it but she got free food and was cared for well, but it still didn’t feel normal. As the little girl got older, she paid less attention to her pet, and in Rowans mind, that meant it was her time to leave. The only thing stopping her from leaving sooner was how clingy the girl was till then.

Despite being hand fed the majority of her life, Rowan had a good sense of survival and figured out how to take care of herself rather quickly. She lasted a long time on her own, doing the same hunting routine everyday and avoiding other birds. Some years after being on her own, Rowan found some other pokemon calling to her from the ground, that pokemon being a rather friendly looking weavile. Her first that was that it thought she had some eggs it could snag, but since she didn’t she cautiously made her way down the tree and sat on a lower branch to talk to it. It wasn’t a long conversation before the other pokemon offered her something called a Dittetch, that would allow pokemon become humans. At this point, Rowan was bored with the same thing everyday, so she accepted the device rather easily.

Having received the dittetch on its first year of being given out, Rowan had lots of options. She looked into getting a job that seemed interesting (Do to constantly seeing rangers on the route she was living on, she picked that since she seemed to know the most about it.). She did a lot of training (As a human) to become a ranger over the cores of about 2 years, then once she was good enough landed herself a job on Victory Road. (mostly b/c no one else wanted it) Working at victory road required a lot of switching between human and pokemon, she needed to do a lot of battling/fighting with wild pokemon and what not in both forms which quickly racked in the levels (Even if some of the battles were more of her trying to distract a pokemon to get away than winning a fight). Rowan also chose not to evolve just because of her preference of being smaller, but she most likely will evolve someday.

◦ Mikhail(Other ranger dude)
Rowan doesn’t know him personally, he’s just the guy who takes her place when shes on break. As far as she can tell, hes much more suited for the job.

◦ Phizzuroh/Zuro(That one kid)
Not really sure why the kid still talks to her, but she helped train him awhile back when they were new rangers. She doesn’t dislike the kid Rowan just thinks… he has too much energy.

◦ Ferro(???????)
Rowans been staying at his home for the past couple weeks and hes not. as bad as she was expecting. That doesn’t necessarily means she likes him or would so much as really call him a friend or anything, but he’s much more tolerable than she thought he would be.
