Hello Isaac fans, this is round 2! This time around I made 30 small fan art pieces for you to imagine what they would do in the game!I've got to say you made up some cool stuff the first time but now ive gone out and found some real mythes and legends for inspiration!
If you look up some of the passives/items/familiars names you might find that some of them really exists ...as mythical legends. ^^
But maby it'll help you come up with some cool ideas for what these things can do ingame

Man, i think Discord would do like a Isaac is standing still, with "dead face" (like in your picture), and you are controlling Isaac soul (Doesn't work with ???, but it could give him like bonus perks or something), when you are controlling Isaac soul you are immortal, but Isaac body still can get hurt, you will recive like a speed bonus and damage bonus, if you fly to Isaac body you will control him again, and i think History Book should give like a randome book effect.

Disruption: When you die you respawn with the afterlife item along with the rest of your items, does not respawn you with afterlife
Warpzone: Shotspeed/Speed +2
Historian: Gives you a random book spacebar item, drops the old spacebar item on the pedestal Historian was found on.
Corruption: Slowing, damage up +1
Void: The first enemy in a room to hit you will instantly die
Oni Mask: Damage +2, Health +1, +1 Soul heart
Emperor's Beard: Spawns a random shooting familiar that changes every room
Book of the Dead: Increases the chance of a library on a floor by 25%
Curse of the Nue: Damage/Tears/Speed +1, Luck/Shotspeed/Range -1
Divine Calling: Increases the chance of an Angel Room by 25%, Decreases the chance of a Devil room by 25%
Fountain of Youth: Full health, +3 Soul hearts, one-time use
Black Heart: On use increases the chance of soul heart drops and decreases the chance of red heart drops, 6 rooms
Fake Dollar: Makes one random item in the shop half off, once per floor
Book of Despair: Deals a whole heart of damage to increase the chance of key and bomb drops by 5%, 4 rooms
Crackerjackers Blade: Kills a random enemy in a room besides bosses, 3 rooms
Enigma Bomb: Drops a pink bomb with a question mark on it, the effect of the bomb is random (regular, big, poison, etc.)
Tide Jewels: Used durring a boss, can change the boss to a different one, 6 rooms
Lust's Flute: For one room all enemies will run away from you, a possible drop from Lust, 6 rooms
Apple of Discord: Places an apple on the ground where you are standing, enemies will attack the apple, deals damage to enemies, 4 rooms
Krampus's Horn: Shoots out lasers in a plus shape, a possible drop from Krampus, available in a devil room for 2 hearts, 5 rooms
Chesthound: Every 4 rooms drops a random pickup on the ground
Big Chubby: Pops out of the ground and attacks enemies
Zombie-Baby: Shoots out regular poison shots
Little Hera: Shoots freezing shots, does not deal damage
Baby Cluster: Will shoot different shots every room out of the effects 3 Dollar Bill has
Sacred Egg: When you die you will respawn with all your items plus a random flying item
Doppelganger: Will shoot shots with the same tear effects you have except mom's knife and brimstone
Spirit of Azrael: Stands to back to back with player, shoots the same shots in the opposite direction you are facing
Kasa-Obake: Blocks shots from behind you, if it touches an enemy it disappears for the rest of the room
Basilisk: Attacks enemies, (same as a level 3 cube of meat)

Good try! There is alot of stuff to make up for this one so I can't blame you for the once that already exists in the game. Sorry to say but yes, alot of these effects already exists ^^ I really like what you wrote on Tide Jewels though!

I was hoping people would make that up in the comments like my first fan art I did like this but dosn't seem like anyone have taken the challange just yet ^^ I made up a list myself though (of things these itmes do) but i'm not sure if I want to show it just yet because I don't want to influence anyone who wants to take on the challange you know :3
