That's an ... interesting euphemism. To be fair, Yenna is still going to outlive Virtus by a few thousand years. And as you've stated previously, her father was not monogamic either. But as I said, Virtus will be cool with if she wants to look for love in other places, she'll always have a special place in his heart.

That's something I have a minor gripe with, it's often considered cool with a woman that really gets around, but when a man does the same thing, he's perverted and immoral. Double standard much?

Well, the saying is actually quite common in my country
But if it makes you sleep at night, I don't want my characters to have multiple partners at the same time and I don't want them to be one of many themselves. Poetic justice.

True. If that's how you feel, then I'm all okay with Yenna breaking up with Virtus. As long as it is done without drama, as Virtus will remain a trusted friend that she can call upon in times of need.

The "Secret Wars" were a special situation. You don't worry about things like that when every day can be your last. I'd like to think that after going back to normal, they just went their separate ways. Without anybody getting hurt and still showing a liking to one another. The more things change, the more they stay the same. So let's see what the future holds

I know for certain that we do need the Virtus & Yenna vs Vice & Lucyna team-up at some point

That sounds like a fair deal, and we're definitely on the same page there.

True. I don't consider Secret Wars canon anyway, so if we want that team-up to be canon with your continuity and mine, we'll probably have to rewrite Virtus and Yenna's first meeting as more of a "hero to hero" and less of a "cute boy meets hot elf" kind of deal.
