Not sure who the Link was but he had a very good outfit, so credits to him. As for Midna that's me. I created the helmet, etc. I also got front page of the Indianapolis star!! ^.^''Ill post up other pictures through out the week hopefully!

yea, painting the underside part and probably adding some tarnish or something to it would help, so it's not one base color... yesh but that link guy has a really square jaw like I would kind of expect the real link to have.. (no hero of time would go wondering around with the most feminine face possible XD )

Im not sure if im going to repaint it at all. I might end up trying to make another not sure. All I know i can't wait till summer then i can start working on my gencon stuff ^.^

hmm, my big brother wanted to go as this [link] me as this [link] and the short annoying one as [link] I gave up and probably going to go as something else or something... we need a sewing machine too XD I'm going to try to be there this summer, making a new one would probably be best because you would have had experience and be able to fix earlier problems, oooh! also I finished my pokeball coasters

I've been looking around but all my money is going towards a marching band trip to hollywood this fall XD its a 1400 trip, we're going to be in the hollywood (christmas/thanksgiving parade) not too sure, though maybe when it gets closer I'll realize that I have more then enough money and be able to make the stuff, though midna, in hindsight, seems like a very simple cosplay as in how to make everything... like [link] which I'm wondering, how the fudge do you make armour that perfect, were'd you get the lights, where's the battery, how much free time do you have? you have hundreds of people working for you don't you? ... not to say you didn't work hard but you know what I mean right?

Wonderflex i believe is a big hit for armor making but its expensive. I have talked to alot of people who do it for a living. It like i don't have movie.. so im going to stick with glue and news paper XD And the lights you have to solder them together on a circut board. That what my brother did for his ghost buster back. you can get them at radio shack

yea, I probably skipped that step and just put the rub n' buff on it XD I keep it all in a box.. that is pink, the only thing I am proud of is the gloves but I can't move my fingers in those things!

Hi, I'm the Link you took a picture of, and my eyes don't actually glow like that irl fortunately. I didn't stick around because my chainmail, as I mentioned to you, was falling apart, so I'm going to have to completely redo it once more for next year's convention. I'm also looking at remaking my shield as I'm getting sick of it falling apart due to the balsa wood backside.
I'm not happy with the sword, either, but time will tell if I have the means of remaking that as well.
Your costume, as previously stated, was absolutely brilliant. Hope to see you next year.
