Princess 'Kida' Kidagakash, from the Disney animated feature 'Atlantis: The Lost Empire' (2001).
A very fun movie, great character design, the voice actors were well-suited to their characters, and the storyline was both clever and funny. Princess Kida is a bad-ass, strong, powerful, mystical woman - I'd never drawn her before (just recently watched Atlantis for the first time), so I thought I'd draw her from a screencapture. She was animated beautifully, her expressions were both intense and human-like.
