This needs to be edited.
Here is what I think:
"Was the artwork ENTIRELY done by you"
The option "No" leads down to what it is supposed to, however:
The option "Yes" should lead down to:
"Does the artwork contain nudity?"
The option "No" should lead to "Okay to submit."
The option "Yes" on this should lead to, "Does it contain explicit pornography such as erections or clear masturbation?"
The option "No" should lead to "Okay to submit, but with a mature tag"
The option "Yes" should lead to "Not okay to submit".

In summary.... people can draw their own porno. It doesn't mean it's okay to submit.

You can clearly see this is focused solely on the copyright part of submitting. If I was to cover nudity and pornography too, then I would have to cover all the other submission policies as well (real harm, hate art, underage characters/people etc). That would make this flowchart MUCH bigger, and probably unattractive to the people it is targeted to ("too long; didn't read").
I could make another one about nudity and pornography, but that would be it - there is not much to talk about some of the other submission policies.
- "Is your submission hate art?": "Yes" would lead to "not okay", "No" would lead to "okay".
- "Is the character/person underage?": "Yes" would lead to "they cannot pose naked", "No" would lead to "they can pose naked".
- And so on.
One thing I could do is change the title to "How to follow copyright", "How to submit on dA part 1" or something like that.
