Here's a few digital drawings of Kassie (Still unsure about the offical name) with various skin, hair and clothing colours for comparison and testing purposes.Feel free to pick your favourites or make any suggestions.

looks good, I'd say design 3 but change the hair color up a tad(swap the lower part from red to more of a strawberry blonde, and make the top part more of a gradient from said strawberry blonde at the bottom, up to a darker red towards the top/edges), and also change the outfit colors to be more like design 4's, also while "Kassie" has a good base design, think she needs a little more extra to stand out from her stated influences, maybe change up the shoes to a more "feminine" design(could get some good humor out of her being good at her job despite wearing heels), and maybe add some jewelry as well(most of her influences don't wear a lot[Wendy only has some studs, and Frankie a couple small earrings and a barely noticeable choker, and Lisa and Girl Johnny don't have any at all], so her having some could be another good way to have her stand out), maybe a belt too(trying to keep in mind what you discussed in your other pic about her having a tomboy wardrobe, but at the same time you want her to really pop as a main character, and currently she isn't quite there yet, good design overall though)
